EMSPIC Announces New Innovative Collaboration with EMS|MC

 

 

Ý    What is this new innovative collaboration between the EMSPIC and EMS|MC? 

 

For those EMS Agencies using PreMIS Web Application, this collaboration will provide EMS|MC with a billing export from PreMIS.  This collaboration will provide a method for EMS Agencies to electronically move the information collected through PreMIS web application to the EMS|MC billing software. 

Ý    How does this work? 

 

Using the PreMIS System, EMS Agency can select records from PreMIS to be included in a billing file, which can be saved and sent to EMS|MC. 

Ý    How will my EMS Agency benefit from this collaboration between EMSPIC and EMS|MC?   

 

The result should be decreased data entry errors in the billing software and provide a more timely and efficient billing process by removing the need to rekey data in to the billing software.

Ý    Do we need to be a customer of EMS|MC?

 

Yes, your EMS Agency must be a customer of EMS|MC and agree to their billing services and fee structure. 

Ý    Is there a fee use to PreMIS?

 

No, there is no charge or fee to use the PreMIS Software.
